The central shrine of Sri Muktinath is considered one of the eight most sacred shrines for Hindu Vaishnavas known as Svayam Vyakta Ksetras , the other seven being Srirangam, Srimushnam, Tirupati, Naimisharanya, Thotadri, Pushkar and Badrinath. The temple is very small. Muktinath is one of the most ancient Hindu temples of God Vishnu. The murti is of gold and is tall enough to compare with a man. The prakaram(outer courtyard) has 108 bull faces through which water is poured. It is of freezing temperature.The sacred water that flows in 108 pipes around the temple complex denote all sacred Pushkarini waters (Temple Tanks) from all 108 Sri Vaishnava Divya Desams including Srirangam, Tirumala, Vaikunta, where the devotees take their sacred bath even in the freezing temperatures. There is an old Buddhist monk present in the temple. The worship is conducted by Buddhists.

01 Proceed to Pokhara by Road, via visit Manokamana Devi Temple by Ropeway - Night Halt at Pokhara
02 Leave for Jomsom by Flight and later proceed to Mukthinath by jeeps – After Darshan, proceed back to Jomsom for Night Halt.
03 Fly back to Pokhara – Pokhara Local Sight Seeing of Vindyavasini Temple, Davis Falls, Gupteshwar Mahadev Cave Temple – Free time at Fewa Lake – Night Halt at Pokhara
04 Proceed to Kathmandu by Flight - Visit to Pashupathinath Temple

I have understood the information regarding conditions, weather, terrain, etc., potential problems to be faced during Kailash Manasa Sarovar Yatra.

I have understood that the tour cost only includes services as outlined in the Itinerary and I also understand that the itinerary could change under unforeseen circumstances for which additional expenses incurred will be borne by me.

I have also understood the part of RISK & LIABILITY, and I will pay on the spot if it occurs.

I also understood that I will bear emergency evacuation in case of natural calamities, personal illness etc., & expenses of personal nature like telephone, laundry, tips, portage etc., and also insurance.

I declare that I am undertaking this Kailash Manasa Sarovar Yatra on my own wish and risk and not by anybody's force.

Stay at Kathmadu, Nepalgunj, Simikot etc. will be as per schedule, any increase, will be borne by me and have also noted that the tour may have to be cancelled due to certain conditions laid down by the Chinese authorities.

I have also noted that the payment made towards Pony / Porters for Kailash Parikrama are non-refundable.

I have also noted that no refund will be made once the tour is launched and even if the tour is aborted due to natural calamity or the restrictions placed by the Chinese authority.
